Our expertise enables us to offer multiple, integrated technical solutions in a very wide spectrum of pressure (0 to 200 MPa), flow (0 to 2000 L / min) and temperature (-55 ° C to + 250 ° C). ), while managing gradients on each of the parameters and taking into account customer and / or system specificities.

All these parameters are integrated in the mechanical, electrical, … and sometimes in an ATEX environment.

ABC uses simulation and numerical validation tools to predict the operation of these systems, thus providing numerical modeling of assemblies and / or sub-assemblies.

The automation engineers are involved in preliminary design to help define customer needs and guide project managers in the possibilities of architecture and machine functionality.

The automation engineers intervene in consulting, in programming and in development. All automation engineers have solid hydraulic skills to assist the tester and be autonomous in customer support.

With its experience, ABC has many standards to adapt to different environments and customer requests: measurement calibration program, fault management program, supervision, PID servo function, sinusoidal signal generation, square…). Likewise, several bus communication standards are developed to meet different needs (PROFIBUS, TCP / IP, CAN, LIN, etc.).

Our automation experts are well trained on different platforms such as TIA portal, Unity Pro, Vigeo, CODESYS, GP pro, VBA etc … ABC has Team Viewer to update or assist the customer for maintenance operations.

The electrical design office is working on a preliminary project to help define customer needs and guide project managers in the many technical choices.

The scope of the electrical design office covers the areas of electrical power distribution management, power management, control and measurement part design with alarm management and defect monitoring through the definition of automaton architecture and networks.

With its experience, ABC has many standards to adapt to different environments and customer requests. (Skydrol resistant cables or kerosene or multiple brands of components for example). The design office draws on the skills and experience of ABC cable operators.

The design office produces drawings, bill of materials, cable booklet and electrical layout that are provided by the project managers to the customer for the validation phases of design and subsequently to the workshop for manufacturing.

The electrical design office works in partnership with the third party inspection control companies and ensures the conformity and quality of its electrical installations.
